A short guide to help you pick the menstrual cup size that actually works for your body.
If you have a heavier flow, choose size L so you can go about your day with fewer bathroom trips. If you're unsure, our size S holds up to 3–4 tampons' worth of period — still wearable for up to 12 hours, it just needs emptying a little more often.
For new users we recommend size S. Our cup is safe for all ages, including pre-teens. Size S is usually more than enough until you get to know your body and cycle better.
For women who have given birth vaginally we recommend size L. This is only a guide, though — it isn't one-size-fits-all, and you may need to experiment a little to find your best fit.
